| As we are getting things in order, we are almost ready to open up registration and also activate user accounts that have been disabled while we worked on the database and new site.
A couple of things to remember: - WE WILL NOT HESITATE IN REMOVING / DISABLING ACCOUNTS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES
- Duplicate entries will get you automatically banned ( be 100% certain that the dog is not in the system ). Although we do have system checks in place, please be diligent in your spelling.
- EVERYTHING is now logged - we will be able to see any modifications ( adding, editing, deleting ) and who did them including the date/time of the modification and the IP address of the user.
- As we continue to update the site with new features, you will occasionally get random errors if we are updating at the time, Understand that while we try to do this while there are limited users online, we have to get the updates done.
- Database Backups - They are automatically scheduled for 2am. All records will be locked while the backup is being done.
We are looking for accurate pedigrees, and all the information you provide will help achieve this. Offsprings, Breedings, Accurate Lineage, and Titles are only as good as the information that is supplied. Again, we will block, ban, de-activate any account that is maliciously trying to alter any information that is stored. |
